These terms cover your use of this site, which Foothills Group Inc. operates to run event draws and equipment enquiries. Using the site means you accept them. They are governed by the laws of Alberta and of Canada.
What this site is for
Entering a draw, asking about equipment, and reading about what we sell and service. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract of sale. Prices, availability and specifications change, and anything you see here is subject to confirmation in writing before it binds either of us.
The information you give us
Please give us information that is accurate and your own. If you enter a draw with somebody else's contact details, or with details that are not real, we may disqualify the entry. How we handle what you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Draws and contests
Every draw we run has its own rules, and those rules govern it. See Contest Rules.
Fair use
Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it, overload it, submit entries automatically, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.
Our content
The text, images, logos and marks on this site belong to Foothills Group Inc. or to the manufacturers we represent, and are used with permission. You may not reuse them commercially without our written agreement. Manufacturer names and model numbers appear for identification only.
Other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.
What we do and do not promise
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or never offline. To the extent the law allows, Foothills Group Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under Alberta consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
